Hello, I’m Gloria Smith, a Certified Grief Coach and B.R.E.A.T.H.E Facilitator. My grief journey began with the loss of both my parents and several cherished individuals in my life. My own experiences with grief have ignited a passionate calling to assist others in helping them move forward in their grief.
I believe in a holistic approach, tailoring techniques and strategies to meet the unique needs of each person. Self-care, self-compassion, and coping mechanisms are central in navigating the grieving process.
My journey has also led me to become a certified Mind-Body-Spirit Coach through the Chopra Center. I specialize in guiding individuals towards holistic well-being by drawing upon the teachings and principles of Deepak Chopra. I help clients achieve balance and harmony in their mental, physical, and spiritual states. I use techniques such as meditation, mindfulness, and personalized lifestyle adjustments to promote overall health and fulfillment. I focus on helping clients align their thoughts, emotions, and actions to foster a more meaningful and purposeful life.
My mission is to transform the conversation around grief, guiding others toward a place of acceptance, growth, and healing.
